Teaching will be interesting this term. ^^ The students are so going to know I'm pregnant. I mean. It's pretty obvious, after all.
I wonder if it's really a good idea to start teaching when I know I might have to end up on maternity leave... Though my due date's not til early January, so, hopefully I won't have to take maternity leave for this term...... We'll have to see.
Mmm. I'm feeling so lazy lately. I have all these papers to grade, and I know I should be grading them, but... I don't wanna. I wish I could make Nanjiroh grade them for me but... *laughs* Really. Ahahaha. Not a chance.
Nanjiroh, dear, you're coming to my next appointment, right? The doctor said she wants to talk about certain risks that might occur because of my age, and she'd like it if we're both there.
...Wow. It's hard to believe it's almost 4 months, now. Early August, actually, will make 4. I can't wait to feel this little one move!
I've been thinking lately, as the pregnancy progresses. Do I want to know the sex of the baby, before it's born? We didn't find out with Ryoma from the ultrasound pictures, but it wasn't because we didn't try. He kept his back to the camera and kept shifting around, like he knew we were trying to get a look between his legs.
The surprise when he was born, though...I loved it.
Nanjiroh, dear, what do you think? Should we have the doctor tell us, when it's time for that?
Oy. The cravings. I forgot I craved weird things this early when I carried Ryoma.
And god- the craving for chocolate is insane. I've been going through that triple-chocolate ice cream and chocolate syrup like mad... Even found chocolate whipped cream and probably bought the store out of it.
>> I really need to stop giving in to the cravings. Especially for the unhealthy stuff. Otherwise I'm gonna put on too much weight and who knows what kinds of complications might happen.....
Nanjiroh, dear, keep me away from the ice cream. I mean it. No matter what I say after this, don't give it to me.
